The check in was easy and the staff were super nice. We enjoyed walking to nearby shops and restaurants, it was all so close.

It wasn't inexpensive, but still okay for what we got.

Booked a room with pleasant views, and the staff were very helpful and caring people from the front desk to the housekeepers.

This place is perfectly situated near the main street with its attractions, downtown area, restaurants, shops, and trails. You can easily access everything you need within a short walking distance, including the lake, which is just a quick 5-minute stroll away.

Every time we stay in Helen, like to stay here. We greatly enjoyed our room - recently refurbished and reasonably large with a jacuzzi tub and a fireplace. It has perfect location not far from the major shops and stores in Helen, restaurants, shops, and trails, and Huddle House next door. They serve great food, have a lot of options to choose from.

This place has a great central location within walking distance of downtown, with caring and helpful staff.

The breakfast options in the dining area are great, and some rooms even have a jacuzzi tub and a fireplace; the location near Unicoi Hill Park is fantastic.
